PETER KUTIN
Peter Kutin works at the intersection of sound, composition and expanded artistic practice. He studied composition and sound-related practices in Austria and has since developed a multidisciplinary oeuvre that spans experimental music, film, installation, kinetic sculpture and live performance. Kutin’s work explores the interdependence of auditory and visual perception, often unfolding in site-specific or performative contexts. He has received numerous international awards, including the Prix Ars Electronica (Golden Nica, 2019), and has been commissioned by institutions such as Wien Modern, WDR and the Black Page Orchestra. He is currently Artist in Residence at WIELS, Brussels (2026). His debut feature film Sound of Musick [sic!] is in development.
